Weight Loss / IBS / Dizzy Spells

I first went to Atul Shah because I wanted to lose a few pounds in weight. I also had irritable bowel syndrome for many years and more recently had experienced dizzy spells, some of them quite severe. 

I have been attending Atul's surgery for six months now and From making certain changes in my eating habits and Attending carefully to exercise ,I find that I have certainly lost weight and my irritable bowel is  reduced by 80 per cent and  the dizzy spells almost completely gone.
