For
some 4 years I had been aware that while my weight [13 stone] and
blood pressure [around 135/85] were OK for my age [mid 50's], my cholesterol
level [around 7.5] was too high.
In December 1999 my GP recommended Statins or Questran,
and told me of
the unpleasant side effects each would produce....I felt that a Nature Cure
approach would be better. I first came to Atul Shah in February 2000 and in 4
months a mixture of diet and exercise as recommended has improved my
health all round. Lower weight, better muscle tone and a much reduced
cholesterol
level [5.2] gives me the evidence that a natural approach is the best
approach.
