"Getting up in the morning to the smells of fresh bread-making…just time for a few stretches before being handed a juice…hanging out in the company of fellow Nature Cure Journeyers or maybe some folk just dipping a toe in the water to see if its for them…walks in the heart of the countryside…comfort, great food, lovely bathrooms. Supportive, informative and fun – really appreciate the care taken in offering the week.
